一、生理原因引起的发烧

如果有剧烈运动、长时间紧张等状态，容易造成体温出现一过性升高，从而出现发烧的现象。这是一种正常生理现象，一般无需处理。通过适当休息、热敷等方式即可缓解。

二、病理原因引起的发烧

1、上呼吸道感染：上呼吸道感染是引起发烧的主要原因，患者会有咳嗽、打喷嚏、流鼻涕等症状。此时可遵医嘱使用西替利嗪、氯雷他定等药物进行治疗。

2、甲状腺功能亢进症：甲状腺激素分泌过多引起甲状腺功能亢进症时，患者也会有发烧现象，并伴有体重下降、消瘦等症状。患者可遵医嘱使用普奈洛尔、丙硫氧噻吩等药物进行治疗。若药物治疗无效，可通过手术方法进行治疗。

除以上常见原因外，肺炎、支气管炎等疾病也会导致发烧。此时患者应在医生指导下积极治疗。在选择退烧方法前，建议先明确病因，之后在医生指导下选择适宜的方式，取得比较好的效果。
